Public Health Division To Temporarily Relocate to Memorial Building
FRAMINGHAM - As of March 2, 2026, the City of Framingham Public Health Division will temporarily relocate to the Memorial Building.
The relocation is necessary due to required structural upgrades at 188 Concord Street to bring the building into code compliance for the construction of a regional dispatch center.
As a result of this work, the Public Health Division must vacate the first floor of 188 Concord Street and move back into the Memorial Building on a temporary basis.
The move is expected to last approximately six months.
During construction, access to public health clinics and offices at 188 Concord Street would be significantly impacted by construction activity, noise, and general disruption.
To ensure continuity of services and safe, accessible navigation for the public, the decision was made to relocate the division during the construction period.
Temporary Office Locations at the Memorial Building:
- Room B3 (Lower Level): Chief Public Health Nurse Linda Phalen and the City’s Community Health team.
- Room 123 (First Floor): Main Public Health Office
All Public Health services will continue to operate during this temporary relocation.
To reach the health office email health@framinghamma.gov or call 508-532-5470.
