City staff and VHB, the City’s Engineering Consultant, will be performing culvert inspections during winter 2025-2026. The team will be gathering data and photos of the City’s drainage culverts. Most work will occur along the sides of the road and within the waterways conveyed by the culverts. Access along some property lines, within drainage easements, may be necessary. Some culverts may require cleaning by jetting, if private property access is required for this work, owners will be notified in advance.
