Overview

The Planning Board is charged with overseeing and guiding development in the community. Appointed by the Mayor, this five-member body reviews permit applications for subdivisions and some special permits, and it is designated as the authority for Site Plan Review permits.

Meeting & Project Information

Unless otherwise posted, the Planning Board typically meets twice a month on Thursdays at 7 p.m. in the Memorial Building at 150 Concord Street. All meetings are open to the public, and residents are welcome to attend. Most meetings can be viewed online and on the local government channel.
