INVITATION FOR BIDS
IFB # 8943 – ZOLL AEDS FOR POLICE DEPARTMENT
The City of Framingham (‘City), acting through the Mayor, the Awarding Authority is requesting bids for the procurement of seventy new ZOLL AED 3 semi-automatic defibrillators and ten ZOLL AED Trainers.
The AED units shall include Real CPR Help® technology, one pre-connected Uni-padz, a five-year smart battery, CPR/AED responder kit, starter toolkit, and an eight-year warranty.
The procurement shall also include a twelve-month service, maintenance, and tracking program for all devices. Coverage shall include AED monitoring, replacement of consumable components as required, onsite service inspections, and emergency service calls.
This bid shall further include the trade-in credits of the Department’s existing seventy ZOLL AED Plus defibrillators.
Bid documents can be obtained electronically through the City of Framingham’s Bidnet portal on Wednesday, February 4, 2026 after 10:00 AM:

Sealed bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Bidnet portal system. Bids submitted through any other means, such as mail, email or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive.
Bids shall be submitted through Bidnet and are due on Tuesday, February 24, 2026 at 10:00 AM.
The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities and technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
