This presentation will focus on the decisive choices that shaped the Civil War and the influential individuals whose actions help to explain why the war proceeded the way it did. Rick Tulipano is the author of two books and numerous essays on the Cold War and the Civil War. He holds a Master of Education with focus on the U.S. Civil War and the Cold War.
