For ages 55+-- Exploring Opera, Pavarotti King of the High C's--Luciano Pavarotti was one of most famous and beloved opera singers of the 20th century. Enjoy this illustrated program which is an exploration of his life and artistry. Included are nine different video clips of some of Pavarotti’s best known arias and songs, such as “Nessun Dorma,” “La Donna è Mobile” and “O Sole Mio.” He will take your breath away! Presenter Helen Sagan is a retired music teacher and a member of Boston’s Chorus pro Musica, one of the great choruses of New England known for innovative programming and high quality performances.

In it, he will review and analyze the political events since 2011, which became known as the Arab Spring. Special focus will be on the outcomes of these events and the roles of international involvement, including the U.S., that have been shaping the new Middle East geopolitical mosaic.??
