    Mayor Spicer will be joined by City Councilor Cesar Stewart-Morales and Sustainability Coordinator Shawn Luz to discuss the purpose of Framingham's new Sustainability Commission and encourage residents to apply. If people cannot attend the Community Hour and have questions, please email kmcfalls@framinghamma.gov with the subject line: November 17 Community Hour.
