    public hearing will be held by the Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) in the City of Framingham on Thursday, December 5, 2019, 6:30 p.m., at the Village Hall, 2 Oak Street. MassDOT will discuss the proposed reconstruction of the Edgell Road and Central Street intersection, including geometric improvements, the installation of a traffic signal, and improved pedestrian mobility and safety features. MassDOT will manage this project as it’s a State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) funded project.
