    Mayor Yvonne M. Spicer will be joined by Framinham’s Chief Financial Officer Mary Ellen Kelley to discuss the impacts of the City’s FY21 budget, the good, bad and ugly. Attendees will be able to pose questions during the hour via Zoom's Chat function.
