The City of Framingham (City), Purchasing Department, invites sealed bids for the City Hall Skylight repair. Work is to include the demo of existing panel system and contractor must follow attached specification sheet for installation instructions for Kalwall panels and provide a Kalwall installer certificate.

Bid documents will be available on Wednesday January 15, 2020 @ 10:00 A.M on Vendor Registry. Bids for the Re-Bid City Hall Skylight repair will be due on Thursday January 30, 2020 at 2:00 P.M. and are to be submitted through Vendor Registry Inquiries regarding this Request for Proposals are to be directed to Amy Putney, Purchasing Administrator

*** A site visit of the Skylight will be held on Wednesday January 22, 2020 at 10:00 A.M. at 150 Concord Street Framingham, MA Facilities Department Room #133***

The City may consider informal, any bid not prepared and submitted in accordance with the provisions hereof and may waive any informality or reject any and all proposals, should the City deem it to be in the City’s best interest.

The City may reject any bid which in its sole judgement is incomplete, conditional, obscure, or not responsive or which contain additions not called for, erasures not properly initialed, alternations or similar irregularities, or the City may waive such omissions, conditions or irregularities, if considered minor.

The Awarding Authority reserve the right to reject any and all bids if it is in the City’s best interest to do so.
