COVID-19 Drive-through Testing at Walsh Middle School is Canceled Again Friday, October 9

COVID-19 drive-through testing at Walsh Middle School, located at 301 Brook St, Framingham, MA 01701, is canceled Friday, October 9, due to downed trees and power lines on the driveway. A storm swept through the City early in the evening, Wednesday, October 7, which brought down trees and power lines. Despite working diligently through the night Wednesday and Thursday, Eversource and the City have not yet been able to clear the driveway at Walsh.

Free, walk-up COVID-19 testing will still be available Friday at the South Middlesex Opportunity Council (SMOC) located at 7 Bishop Street, Framingham, MA 01702, 3-6 p.m.

The walk-up testing at SMOC is open to everyone, symptomatic and asymptomatic. There is no appointment required. There is limited parking available on-site for the walk-up testing, and no health insurance is required.

People will receive results in approximately 72 hours from Fallon Ambulance, who is conducting the tests.
