COMMUNITY HOUR - Examining Framingham's Fiscal Picture

Mayor Yvonne M. Spicer will be joined by Framingham's Chief Financial Officer Mary Ellen Kelley and Framingham Public Schools’ Executive Director of Finance and Business Operations Lincoln Lynch to discuss the City's fiscal picture.
