community hour - mental health
DATE: TUESDAY, MAY 5, 2020 AT 5 PM
Mayor Spicer, Diane Gould from Advocates, Allison L. Parks, LMHC, from Wayside- MetroWest Community Services, and Ismael Rivera from Justice Resource Institute, Inc. will discuss how to maintain good mental health amid the COVID-19 pandemic. "I know the last several weeks have been difficult and sometimes stressful. Most have adapted to ensure that we don't spread the virus, but changes like social distancing, staying at home, working and learning remotely, or even not working can be taxing," said Mayor Spicer. "It is vital to be able to talk about the changes and develop strategies to help manage the situation."
Questions can be posed during the hour via the Zoom's Chat function. If you cannot attend and have questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line: May 5 Community Hour. A video recording of the Zoom will be available following for those who couldn't attend.
