ADA Self Evaluation & Transition Plan

Overview

At the 2005 Annual Town Meeting it was unanimously voted to appropriate funds to conduct an accessibility self-evaluation of:

  • Municipal Offices and School Buildings
  • Programs
  • Services

From that self-evaluation, a transition plan was created which will allow the city to better address deficiencies in these areas.

The City (town at the time) contracted with David Lieb of LIEBSTUDIOS to conduct the self-evaluation and prepare the transition plan.

The completion of these tasks was done to help Framingham, by satisfying the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
