Take Advantage of Passive Solar: Open your blinds and shades during the winter to take advantage of warmth from sunlight and close them during the hottest parts of the day in the summer. Ensure Proper Airflow: Radiators and heating vents require space to distribute heat throughout spaces in your home or business. If these units are blocked, covered, or dirty, your heating system may not be operating optimally or efficiently.

Unplug Charged Devices: Where possible, unplug devices like laptops and smartphones that have been fully charged. Even when they are fully charged, these devices can continue to draw small amounts of electricity from the outlet which can add up over time. Plugging these device into advanced power strips can help you save energy and money.
