The Water Department will begin conducting its Spring 2022 Water Main Flushing on Monday, May 2, through Friday, June 17, 2022. Flushing will be conducted Monday-Friday (excluding holidays), from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. The purpose of the program is to improve drinking water quality for residents and businesses in Framingham.
the areas to be flushed are bounded by:
- Sudbury Town Line
- Pleasant Street
- Belknap Road
- Edgell Road
- Southborough Town Line
The flushing process may cause discolored water and a reduction in pressure. The discoloration of the water will be temporary and is not harmful. If the condition persists, please contact the Framingham Water Division. The Water Division appreciates your patience as it works to improve the quality of drinking water provided to residents and businesses in Framingham.
