Pursuant to the Framingham Zoning By-Law (Sections II.B, IV.B, IV.E, V.F, V.H., V.I, VI.E, and VI.F) and the General By-laws (Article VI, Section 8 and Article VI, Section 10) the Framingham Planning Board will hold a public hearing for Capital Group Properties, LLC. The project requires Site Plan Review, Special Permits (Land Disturbance and Stormwater Management and Active Adult Housing), a Public Way Access Permit, and a Scenic Roadway Modification Permit to allow for the construction of an Active Adult Housing Community (135 units), required affordable housing units, preservation of open space, the construction of a roadway, installation of stormwater management system, landscaping, and associated site improvements. The properties are zoned Single Family Residential (R-4) with Assessor's Parcel IDs: 055/61/9888/000 and 045/72/9514/000.
