The project was previously approved on April 7, 2016 for a 10 seat fast food restaurant, which requires 9 parking spaces, the applicant proposed a total of 8 parking spaces. The property is zoned Neighborhood Business (B-1) and is listed as Framingham Assessor's Parcel ID: 121/98/4134/000
