Pursuant to Section IV.B, IV.E, VI.E, and VI.F of the Framingham Zoning By-Law the Framingham Planning Board held a series of public hearings to consider the application of PMLRA Pizza, Inc. for a Special Permit for a Reduction in the Required Number of Off-street Parking Spaces. The project was previously approved on April 7, 2016 for a 10 seat fast food restaurant, which requires 9 parking spaces, the applicant proposed a total of 8 parking spaces. The property is zoned Neighborhood Business (B-1) and is listed as Framingham Assessor's Parcel ID: 121/98/4134/000
