The applicant proposes to redevelop an existing commercial building as a mixed-use building with the 1st floor remaining commercial and the 2nd floor being converted to residential. The project will also include off-street parking and associated site improvements. The property is zoned Central Business (CB) Zoning District and is listed as Framingham Assessor's Parcel ID: 135/85/4770/0000.
