The property is located at 0, 671-673 Concord Street. Said parcel is shown on the Framingham Assessor's Information: 102-02-9638-000, 102-02-9737-000, and 103-12-0797-000; and zoned Single Family Residence R-1. The plan was prepared by MetroWest Engineering, Inc., 75 Franklin Street, Framingham, MA, 01702.
