Pursuant to Article VI, Section 8 and Article VI, Section 10 of the Framingham General By-Laws, the Framingham Planning Board held a series of public hearings to consider the application of Turnkey Builders, LLC for a Public Way Access Permit, a special permit for common driveway, and a Modification to a Scenic Roadway Permit for the property located at 197 Winter Street, Lots A & B. The applicant is proposing to raze the existing house and construct two new single family houses, each with private driveways requiring new curb cuts. The property is zoned Single Family Residence (R-1) and is listed as Framingham Assessor's Parcel ID: 110-21-1606.
