Pursuant to Section IV.B, IV.E, V.F, VI.E., and VI.F of the Framingham Zoning By-Law and Section VI., Article 8 and Section VI., Article 10 of the Framingham General By-Laws the Framingham Planning Board held a series of public hearings to consider the application of Heritage Properties for a Special Permits for Land Disturbance, a Special Permit for a Common Driveway, a Scenic Roadway Modification, and a Public Way Access Permit for the property located at 52B & 52C Nixon Road. The Applicant proposes to construct two single family homes that will be accessed by a common driveway. The project will also include landscaping, site utilities, and associated site improvements. The property is zoned Single Family Residential (R-4) and is listed as Framingham Assessor's Parcel ID: 012-29-1918-000 and 012-19-9989-000.
