The applicant is proposing to raze the existing building and develop a 270-unit multi-family six-story residential apartment building with associated utilities, site improvement, landscaping, and parking. The property is zoned Central Business (CB) Zoning District and is listed as Framingham Assessor's Parcel ID: 128-06-2160-000.
