Pursuant to Section II.B and VI.E of the Framingham Zoning By-Law the Framingham Planning Board held a series of public hearings to consider the application of Matthew Steinberg for a Special Permit for Use at the property located at 81 Morton Street. The applicant is proposing to use the existing building as a brewery, beer manufacturing, tasting room, and retail store.
