Pursuant to Section II.B, IV.B, IV.E, V.G, V.H, VI.E., and VI.F of the Framingham Zoning By-Law, the Framingham Planning Board held a series of public hearings to consider the application of BRE DDR Shoppers World LLC for Site Plan Review and a Special Permits for Use at the property located at 19 Flutie Pass. The applicant is proposing to modify the February 22, 2016 Planning Board Decision by adding a mixed-use component that includes approximately 138 residential units over the approved commercial uses for restaurant, indoor amusement, and retail businesses. The project will further include a level of structured parking, associated site improvements, and landscaping. The property is zoned Business (B) and Light Manufacturing (M-1) and is listed as Framingham Assessor's Parcel ID: 094-54-9604-000.
