The Applicant proposes to construct and operate a 52 unit (104 beds) assisted living community consisting of a single building with associated exterior gardens, landscaping, parking and associated site improvements. The property is zoned Single Family Residence (R-3) and is listed as Framingham Assessor's Parcel Id: 088-75-4400-000.
