The applicant is proposing to perform site improvements to the parking lots, drainage infrastructure, play areas and ballfield, and make walkway and courtyard improvements at the Stapleton Elementary School. The property is zoned Single Family Residence (R-1) and is listed as Framingham Assessor's Parcel ID: 040-34-2015-000, 040-34-1137-000, 040-34-1205-000, 040-34-4127-000, 040-34-3380-000, and 040-34-2214-000.
