Town of Framingham Self Evaluation and Transition Plan

At the 2005 Annual Town Meeting, May 4, 2005 session,  Town Meeting unanimously voted to appropriate funds to conduct an accessibility self-evaluation of all town and school buildings, programs, and services. From that survey, a transition plan will be created which will allow the Town to better address deficiencies in these areas. The Town contracted with David Lieb of LIEBSTUDIOS to conduct the self-evaluation and prepare the transition plan. The completion of these tasks will help the Town to satisfy the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Over the next eight months, the Town will post meeting minutes, draft evaluations and transition plans from the consultant, in order to keep the public updated on our progress. If you have any comments or questions about these documents or the project in general, please feel free to contact me at 508-532-5404 or tdg@framinghamma.gov.
