               This list provides a summary of projects currently under review or recently approved by the Planning Board and will be updated quarterly.

P.U.D.

The Framingham PUD (Planned Unit Development) is a large-scale residential development project located in the northeast part of Town.
See Section III.J. of the Zoning By-Law for procedural information on this type of project.
Copies of the plans and supporting documents are posted here. Some of the files may be large and slow to load.
