FY 2010 Property Assessments Online

The Fiscal Year 2010 Property Assessments are available in office and online.  The Assessors Online Database has been updated to reflect the new values.

New Hours - July 1st, 2010

The Assessor Office hours have changed.  The office will be open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.  The office will be open on Thursday’s from 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM.  The Board of Assessors will now meet on Thursday nights with the exception of the first Thursday of each month and Holidays.



FY 2011 Annual Income Property Review

The FY 2010 Annual Income Property Review Questionnaires will be mailed on February 20, 2010.  If you do not receive the questionnaire you will be able to download the form from this site.



Changes to the FY 2011 Personal Property Form of List

The Massachusetts Department of Revenue has made changes to State Tax Form 2 – Form of List which will go into effect for Fiscal Year 2010 with an effective tax date of January 1, 2009. The revised form was implemented by the Commonwealth after the previous form was distributed to existing Personal Property accounts within the Town of Framingham.

If you have not completed the form please use the new form to complete your return. Otherwise the Commonwealth is requesting that you amend your return with the new data.

If you are a new Business Owner in the Town of Framingham please use the new State Tax Form 2 – Form of List for all future filings (attached below).
