The purpose of the department is to provide recreational opportunities through formal programming and to make public parks, athletic fields, beaches, and other recreational facilities available to the public for informal and group use.

Beach Season is here! The Town of Framingham's beaches, Learned Pond, Saxonville Beach, and Lake Waushakum, will be open from 10:00am - 7:00pm starting Thursday, June 24 through Thursday, August 19.
