Transportation

The Community and Economic Development (CED) Division oversees long-range, multi-modal transportation planning for the Town in addition to managing a variety of transportation projects.

The availability of efficient and comfortable transportation options is an integral component of sensible growth and quality of life for the Town. In order to assist with the improvement of transportation resources, the Department: 

  • Provides transportation-related input on proposed developments
  • Works with the Department of Public Works to identify key areas in Town for transportation enhancement
  • Staff's the Towns Transportation Improvement Program (TIP)
