Business Certificates must be filed by unincorporated businesses located in Framingham which are conducting business under a name other than one’s own.

The certificate is valid for four years. The Business Certificate is available online. Please read the instructions on the certificate carefully. The fee is $50, and includes a certified copy of the certificate.
