The Utility Billing Administration strives to maintain and improve the long-term quality and reliability of water and sewer billing services in the Town of Framingham.

The Department’s primary goals are:  to maintain cost control, provide efficient delivery of service, produce accurate utility bills, maintain high standards of customer service, establish effective procedures, and administer a sound billing practice that is fair and efficient, and maintains a strong financial structure.
