Screened compost and wood mulch are both sold in bulk quantities - $20/cubic yard or $10 to fill your 35-gallon container.  Anyone may purchase these materials; no Recycling Center Permit is required.

Framingham Residents are welcomed to take unscreened compost for free using a vehicle with a valid Recycling Center Permit.

Both compost and wood mulch are available for pick up at the following locations (while supplies last):

Compost (screened and unscreened) is available during seasonal open hours at the Yard Waste Facility on Dudley Road, Friday and Saturday, 8am - 3pm. Pay for screened compost in advance at the Recycling Center.

Wood mulch is available from the Recycling Center at 255 Mt. Wayte Avenue, Thursday - Saturday, 8am - 3pm, and Sunday 11am-3pm.

Bring an open bed pickup truck or trailer and we will load materials for you.  Otherwise, bring your own containers and a shovel to load materials yourself.
