IFB #6568 BOWDITCH ADMIN ROOF REPAIRS

The Town of Framingham (“Town”) will be accepting sealed bids to repair and replace an existing slate roof, repointing and repair of two chimney’s (one functioning), replacement of rotted fascia and soffit trim, repairs to wooden copula including repointing and replacement of interior netting, and repainting of identified areas within the project specifications.  Additional work is also identified within the project specifications. 

Sealed bids shall be submitted in strict conformance with the bid document and will be received at 150 Concord Street, Framingham, MA Purchasing Office Rm#123  01702 until 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday October 11, 2017

** A Pre-Bid walk through will be held on Wednesday October 4, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. in the Parks Administration Building located at 475 Union Ave. Framingham, MA** 

      The Town reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities & technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
