20+ Vendors Offer Locally Grown Produce and Crafted Goods
The 2017 Framingham Farmer’s Market opens for the season on Thursday, June 8 at 12 noon on the Framingham Town Common on Edgell Road in Framingham Centre. The market is held weekly on Thursdays from 12 noon to 5:30 p.m., rain or shine, through October 26. Opening day will feature music by Always in Season.
This year, more than 20 local vendors will offer produce, meat, fish, baked goods, lemonade, clothing, jewelry, hand-crafted items, beauty products, and professional healthcare, nutrition, dental and energy consultation. More vendors may be added as the season progresses.
Vendors include Hanson’s Farm, Silvia’s Farm, Flats Mentor Farm, Framingham Community Farm, Velma’s Kettle Corn, Captain Marden’s Seafood, Great Harvest Baking Co., Shamrock Hives Farm, When Life Gives You Lemons, OMG! Bagels, Everything Jalapeno and Not, Pony Shack Cider, Full Circle Arts, Jennifer’s Handmade Soap, LuLaRoe Clothing, Brookfield Candle, True Happiness Designs Jewelry, Elzire’s Acre Goat Milk Soap, Artist Dave Gayman, Atlantis Dental, Cultivate Nutrition Consulting, Sun Run Home Solar, Direct Energy Solar, Palmetto Energy and Skyline Solar.
Flats Mentor Farm – various herbs and delicious greens
Framingham Community Farm – potted plants and herbs, flowers, farm-themed merchandise
Hanson’s Farm – a wonderful variety of veggies, herbs, flowers and plants grown sustainably; located on 20 Nixon Rd. in Framingham
Shamrock Hives Farm – pasture-raised meats and poultry; sausages, chicken, beef, farm fresh eggs and local honey
Silvia’s Farm – a great assortment of greenhouse and field veggies, melons, peaches and apples
Great Harvest Bread Co. - Breads hand crafted from scratch daily and brought to market freshly baked. Many products feature fresh milled whole wheat flour.
OMG! Bagels – a delicious variety of NY style bagels

Everything Jalapeno and Not – everything hot or not is made from scratch with no artificial ingredients; wide assortment of pickles, jams and relishes

Participating farm vendors at the Framingham Farmer’s Market accept Massachusetts Farmers’ Market coupons from eligible seniors and participants in the Women, Infants and Children (WIC) program. All vendors accept cash and “market bucks” purchased with a credit or debit card from the Market Manager.
This season Hanson’s Farm, 20 Nixon Rd., Framingham is serving as the Framingham Farmer’s Market Manager. Visitors may purchase “market bucks” each Thursday at the Hanson’s Farm tent located on the northwest corner of the market.
