2 Clarks Hill (PB-17-17)

Pursuant to the Framingham Zoning By-Law (Sections II.B, IV.B, IV.E, V.F., V.R, VI.E, and VI.F), the Framingham Planning Board will hold a series of public hearings for the Application of Clarks Hills Corporate Center, LLC to consider the applications of Site Plan Review and a Special Permit for Land Disturbance and Stormwater Management to allow for the construction of four, two-bedroom condo buildings and one, single family condo building, the construction of a roadway, installation of stormwater management systems, landscaping, and associated site improvements. The properties are zoned General Manufacturing (M) and the Assessor's Parcel IDs are 129-27-0273-000 and 129-17-6194-000.
